Dr. Yafeng Yin Awarded UK’s Lloyd Grant for Vehicle Emissions Study

Yafeng Yin, Ph.D., an associate professor in the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering, recently joined an international research team to find more efficient and effective ways to reduce traffic emissions and improve air quality. The team includes Dalian University of Technology, China; University College London, UK; Cornell University, New York, and the University of Florida in Gainesville.

The Florida T2 Center is bringing state-of-the-art highway technology improvements to Florida locals and beyond this fall. This specialized transfer of technology is made possible through a federal project called Every Day Counts (EDC). [read more]
