Typically a roadway, or set of roads, will have road pricing that we all invariably pay for, from a county setting a gas tax for the miles of roadway per county, to a tollway charging tolls for the distance traveled. To allow more flexibility, this project researched factors other than distance, such as weight or volume, to determine nonlinear road pricing.
