Over the summer this year, Dr. Ruth Steiner of the Department of Urban & Regional Planning, participated in an ongoing collaboration between the University of Florida and the University of Indonesia on an International Development Smart Cities project. Dr. Steiner was a keynote speaker at a the International Conference in Quality on Research in Padang, Indonesia. During her trip, Dr. Steiner met with transportation engineering faculty and also made public presentations at Ganadarma University and Tanri Abeng University.
