The STRIDE Center will be hosting a webinar on June 12, 2019 at 12 p.m. ET on “Comparing Transit Agency Peer Groups using Cluster Analysis”. The speaker is Dr. Kari Watkins of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The webinar is related to Dr. Watkins’ STRIDE-funded project on “Transit in the Era of Shared Mobility”. She will be discussing the clustering of metropolitan areas that operate transit service into groups on a set of variables that affect ridership but are outside of agencies’ control and how ridership trends can be analyzed in a more meaningful way.
