UFTI Welcomes Malisa McCreedy to the External Advisory Board

Malisa McCreedy, AICP, recently joined as a new member of the UFTI’s external advisory board. Ms. McCreedy left the City of Portland Bureau of Transportation, where she was a Division Manager, to become the Director of Mobility for the City of Gainesville, Florida. The newly formed Department of Mobility encompasses all modes of transportation to include transit (RTS), transportation planning, parking, autonomous vehicles, traffic operations and traffic signals.
Previously, Ms. McCreedy helped design walkable and healthy communities for the cities of Charlotte, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida. She has served on numerous boards at the local, state and national levels, enjoyed career stops in the private sector and holds advanced degrees from the University of Central Florida in Public Administration and the University of North Carolina in Public Health.
