The Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at NC State University will offer a free, 2.5 hour workshop during the Mid-Western ITE conference in Chicago, IL on June 26, 2016. FREEVAL-DSS (for Dynamic Strategy Selection) was developed at ITRE along with researchers from Florida International University (FIU) as a key deliverable from a STRIDE-funded project titled “Dynamic Traffic Control Interventions for Enhanced Mobility and Economic Competitiveness” (#2013-009S).

Workshop participants will be given free access to the software and the FREEVAL user manual. Participants are expected to provide feedback to the tool developers.
